The following have been identified:
Top-left quadrant, Revd E S Smee with, two places to his right, a young-looking Peter Hawke
Right at the back, just to the right of the white pillar, Mr C D T Owen
Top right quadrant Mr C H Phelps (in glasses, smiling and looking at the camera); Second, third and fourth on his left, George Heath, Ken Evans and ? Cummings.
Bottom left quadrant Mr H R Howard (in glasses at the end of the table) and two places to his left, Derek Major.
Bottom right quadrant, Mr Basil Guy (third up from the end of the table)
